Please follow the membership application procedure below >
1. Download and complete the WFC Membership Application Form and Standing Order Mandate from the links on the left.
2. Return both forms, along with a covering letter detailing your circumstances, via e mail to: email@example.com or alternatively by post to the following address:

3. Once your application has been received, and your eligibility for membership confirmed, you will be contacted and invited to the club (at a mutually convenient time) to meet the Membership Secretary and complete the joining procedure.
Note: Please let the Membership Secretary know if you do not hold a RAF Waddington Airfield Driving Permit - as the clubhouse is located on the eastern side of the camp you will need to be escorted across the airfield.
After completing the joining procedure, you will be afforded a WFC induction and shown our procedures, facilities and protocols. If possible, you will be introduced to the Chairman or Officer in Charge and the Chief Flying Instructor - it is at this point that those embarking on a flying training course will be provided with a training folder and arrangements made for your first lesson. If you already hold a flying licence then we will arrange for you to meet with an instructor in order to conduct an *Acceptance Flight. *This is a mandatory requirement for all pilots, irrespective of experience or qualification and is aircraft-type-specific.
